Each year our employees complete a Performance Culture Assessment survey. Although all of our scores are very good, the area of "Conflict Resolution" was the lowest. Our group was looking for a motivational speaker to help kick off our conference on a positive note, and Kim was able to do this with ease by bringing a unique presentation style to our conference.
